@paramountplus so, apparently your student discount only applies to "university" students and not to "college" students? Everyplace else I have a student discount doesn't seem to mind that I attend a lowly community college rather than Harvard. What's your problem?

@charles_dear @TTaunter @CONNIENICHOL @HKane @PassarelliAllan My son is the 27th and mine is the 20th. I agree with the Xmas/birthday thing. The week between Xmas and New Year is a terrible time to have a birthday. Always felt guilty about that.

@graceyswer Your health and body are forever. You have to do what preserves them. You are a brilliant woman. I know you can figure this out. I have been honored to "know" you here. I would hate to see you permanently affected. You have so much potential. Please take care.

@SNFonNBC masks under the nose are pointless. Either wear them correctly or take them off and get on with infecting each other. 🙄

@graceyswer I used to laugh hysterically about that - especially the one who was the cop who answered the disturbance call next door. I had to go back in. I have no poker face with sanctimonious, judgmental housewives whose son went to jail in my client's handcuffs.

@Richard_Kadrey Austinite. :) Hang in there - only about four - ish more weeks of summer, followed by four months of what passes for winter, then we start again. You're in the best part of Texas, though!

@graceyswer Understandable. I cut off contact with my father years ago. Everyone told me I would regret it when he died. I didn't. I was sad that he was gone, sad for what maybe should have been, but I knew it would never have been and I had to do what I did for me.

@LAPD_unreal I'm in Dallas, but if you fly in I'll take you to dinner before you arrest me. We're opening right up here in Texas!

@TexanBritMel @shaunpcassidy Wasn't my first concert, but I was around 12 at the Tarrant County Convention Center. One of the TV news stations filmed me standing on my seat and crying and screaming. My dad saw it and about died of embarrassment. I still laugh about it some 40+ years later.
