Being one of the Propulsion Plant people on the ship means I rarely have entire weekends off. I work 6 days a week minimum, and no one understands how much I yearn for just 2 mornings in a row of sleeping till literally just 8 am. Then, doing actual things with my day.

Japans got a weird trash situation i.e. no trashcans anywhere but houses or on base. They also force receipts on you like no tomorrow. Therefore I amass large quantities of receipts. Its a problem...

If I wouldve known my 60 thousand dollar a year college debt would be wiped by taxpayers that didnt go to college. I probably wouldn't be one of those taxpayers that didn't go to college. I wouldn't have looked to get college paid by the Navy either.
