On Monday the 26th of June, my friend and I set off from Manchester Aiport, flying with TUI to the Dominican Republic. Upon arrival my friend was accepted into the country, yet I was denied entry with no explanation.
Little comments by people i wouldn't expect to say anything saying how I've inspired them to move more or that I'm doing a good job at parenting when I've not been feeling appreciated has truly made my week🥺
You'd think I'd be going on holiday the way I've excitedly packed my bag for a hike tomorrow 🥲
Mad how I'd get major anxiety about going to the gym/doing something new now i go there when i am anxious to help my mind
I have not just seen millions breakfast cereal?? As in the bubble gum chewy sweets with milk?? 🤮🤮
Still baffles me how people who don't work can afford so much??
Never thought I'd see the day where i stepped foot in a gym again, let alone to the weights room and going alone 🥺
Bought Enya a pair of headphones so i don't have to listen to her games and music so i can actually watch telly She now recites every single word they say instead 🙃
Those who preach Mental Health but won't lift a finger to help those around them 🥴
Knowing full well nothing embarrassing happened yesterday, remember the whole evening and paced myself, still got bad post alcohol anxiety 🙃🙃
