Hi @northernassist Ive got an advanced ticket to go from shireoaks to Retford at 12:05, but I’ve noticed this morning that service has been cancelled. Can I use the 11:06 service instead on the same advanced ticket?

Hi @northernassist , I’ve noticed on my smartcard that my season ticket has been extended by a day (27th March) but on my bookings it was only valid to the 26th. Just want to confirm if it was extended due to the smartcard outage from Monday?

Just been on a short trip up to London today on @Hull_Trains first class, despite the engineering works and being a full service, it was a brilliant service and a shoutout to all the train staff for their service today.

Finally made it to London after major disruption and cancellations on the east coast mainline. A big thank you to all the staff and onboard crew on @EastMidRailway from Sheffield to St. Pancras for safely getting us there and a excellent first class service!
