It's crazy that people are paying $5000 per month in mortgage + property taxes in Little Elm for regular sized homes. It's unsustainable.
As GDP contracts, so will your Airbnb bookings
Baltimore @Airbnb where 2 teens were shot this past weekend was also the site of a fatal shooting of another teen a week earlier. These are the 498th & 499th news reports I’ve found of shootings at a short term rental since 5/2019. #HomesNotHotels foxbaltimore.com/news/local/rec…
DALLAS VOTERS BEWARE! Airbnb is trying to buy themselves some seats on Dallas City Council. #AirbnbSucks
New filings show that the county GOP and Airbnb both have their sites set on City Hall. l8r.it/QSD6
Airbnb to up its spending in NY races to $10 million The short-term rental giant is literally doubling down on seeking political influence in New York, despite being spurned by the city in 2023 cityandstateny.com/politics/2025/…
Excuse me while I once again complain about the Airbnb next door. It gets rented out for parties frequently. And they blast shitty music because it’s not their neighbors, they don’t care if they offend. Never using Airbnb again simply because they ignore complaints.
@business Airbnb is an immoral, unethical company that violates local zoning laws, profits off illegal listings, drives up housing costs, displaces local residents, increases crime & destroys neighborhoods. #AirbnbSucks
STR hotels do NOT belong in residential neighborhoods! #AirbnbSucks
@Updawg21 Here was the 30+ STR event in the AirBNB next door in our “quiet neighborhood.” Younger gang-banger attendees were standing out by their cars, smoking pot (probably rx 🙄) while older people were all outdoor around the pool. Did I mention there was a Taco Guy?
About 30 people just pulled into the Airbnb next door so that's gonna make for a fun weekend. 😖
@YourAyeness @financedystop We can't stand having an AirBNB next door. We never know, week to week, who is going to be there and if they're going to be a nuisance. It's really irritating. We don't live in a neighborhood to be next door to a hotel.
99% of the time if a house is on the market for over a month and not getting any showings, it’s a price issue No, you don’t need a new agent No, better photos won’t fix it No, it’s not the staging No, painting something won’t help Yes, drop your price

🏡City of #Columbia places some restrictions on short-term rentals trib.al/u4DIv2S @WKRN #shorttermrentals
🧵 1. Brian Chesky – Airbnb In 2021, Brian said Airbnb was "dramatically improving community support" and "doubling the number of agents". youtube.com/watch?v=w-kzCp… 4 years later and their Support is still some of the worst of any large company. #AprilFoolsDay #Airbnb
@Airbnb @AirbnbHelp explain this! @scottsdaleazgov
LOL! a'rb;b tellin' the city that more housing should be sacrificed to STRs so a'r can make more money.
@Gothamist Airbnb is an immoral, unethical company that violates local zoning laws, profits off illegal listings, drives up housing costs, displaces local residents, increases crime & destroys neighborhoods. #AirbnbSucks
I reported the Airbnb near us to the city for not having a permit for finishing their basement. I would never do this with any other neighbor. AITA?
Sadly a common theme in Scottsdale. #homesnothotels
Neighbors in #Scottsdale had to listen to a bachelorette party scream for 7 hours yesterday! From 3:30pm until SPD shut them up at around 10:30pm. Neighbors should not have to listen to this nonsense at any hour on any day! @scottsdaleazgov @ScottsdalePD
