@immortalhowwl I ran this for a bit, and on a backtest it does have positive EV. But, there can be long streaks of no wins. BTC has to be moving in the right way, so you can filter some losing windows. Past week was real bad for this strat, week before was good.

@iatskar Most of the time the VCs were the ones pushing the teams to go public too early. Theres a reason regular people can't invest in early stage startups and early stage startups don't float on the NASDAQ.

@0xNairolf New Ideas are hard to build, and too inexperienced to separate a 'feature' from a 'product'. Blue Oceans are turning Red faster than ever before.

New term: VibeQuant Those of us building micro-hedge funds using multiple AI agents and inspired orchestration. The gap between what a boutique fund can do, and what a motivated vibe quant can do is closing fast.

@stacy_muur Airdrops are dead for this exact reason. You cant bribe people to use your product and then expect them to be valuable once the bribes run out There's a reason normal people don't have the ability to invest in early stage startups in traditional markets...

I get why traders are so obnoxious online. One of my trading strategies is finally delivering wins and I can already feel the innate need to walk around in a Versace robe and iced out AP

China famously doesn’t care for your patents. There is a belief that if you can be copied, you aren’t moving fast enough The same is about to be true in software

And if my experience with government has taught me anything, it’s that speed of change is not something they do well. These, once edge cases, are going to be central to the next decade.

Those who will respond with “but what if I sue you” Good luck. With a court system thats already choking before the age of AI really hits…. It’ll take so long that the agent systems will have moved on before you get to a resolution

In a world where AI agents can build/deploy/scale software systems Speed is the only defence

Also, if you see a Polymarket strategy being talked about on here....its dead. Edge doesn't last long, and if you have some, you sure as hell aren't sharing it.
