Happy Tax Week New Jersey! This is your reminder that @KeanforCongress has done nothing to repeal the Trump-era SALT cap. Junior has no idea what working families are facing right now to make ends meet. New Jerseyans shouldn't have to choose between putting food on their table or buying life saving prescriptions. It's time you have a representative who puts you first #FlipNJ7
@suealtman @KeanForCongress Arguing for repealing the SALT cap completely missies the point. @StateTreasurers shouldn't be taxing working families on the hypothetical future leveraged notional sales value of their homes. Let's fix the economic system. @LaraLeaTrump @taxreformer @NJPolicy @The_Budget_Lab
@suealtman @KeanForCongress @Malinowski did nothing to repeal it either. When push came to shove—with a D House, Senate, and White House—he rolled over dead on the issue. Also, SALT disproportionately benefits wealthy property owners, not working class families. Cheers!
@suealtman @KeanForCongress But, Tom Kean Jr. PROMISED that it was his #1 priority to restore our SALT deductions. He’s done diddly squat.
@suealtman @KeanForCongress Tom @KeanForCongress Jr. made a lot of promises. Has he kept even one?
@suealtman @KeanForCongress Kean is too afraid to stand up to the obvious MAGA rot within the @HouseGOP.
@suealtman @KeanForCongress How about nj lower its taxes instead of taxes you pushing SALT?
@suealtman @KeanForCongress SALT repeal doesn’t help working class families much. It’s mostly a tax giveaway to the wealthiest of property owners How about we #TaxTheRich and provide something like a UBI, or make investments in zero-emissions public transportation instead?

@suealtman @KeanForCongress At least be honest about SALT. The big beneficiaries of the Trump tax package are folks like me, who are not, fortunately, having to make those dire choices. Instead a lot of us got a major windfall. That’s because while SALT was out, they threw out Pease and AMT.
@suealtman @KeanForCongress Salt-cap was put up for a vote by Congressman Kean and he voted yes for it. Once again a lying democrat
