To all my CX people, do not use @UberEats they will accuse you of lying about missing/incorrect items, ignore evidence and won’t even attempt to verify info with the restaurant or courier. And apparently “no response is needed”. Worst customer experience I’ve had in a looong time

It really bugs me that luggage capacity is given in litres. Who actually fills luggage with liquid to test the size? Why is this the norm? Surely nobody needs to know how many L it will hold...

Managed to type out an iMessage perfectly without being able to see the screen (sun in my eyes) and I was pleasantly surprised. Made me think a lot about accessibility and how we learn things. How do we do that without having a touchpad to feel? Is it just muscle memory?
