It takes real effort to make something look effortless.
I just got an ad script approved and guess what? It was written on a grade 7-10 level. Is that bad and should I retire? Nope. The script is still simple, clear and relatable for it's target group. Don't follow all "Grade 5 level" writing advice blindly.
I don't understand people who outsource their social media content. This is your first point of contact with the world and you let someone else pretend to be you? No wonder audiences crave authenticity.

Cheat codes to get lucky: Show up Create goals Write steps to achieve them Reflect on them weekly Pivot if needed Learn but also implement Do this and keep showing up. Showing up more often automatically give you an edge to be at the right place at the right time - luck.

When working with clients, feedback (giving and getting it) can be one of the trickier pieces of the puzzle. It's not surprising. There's no formal training on giving quality feedback, so not everyone knows what's helpful (+ what's not) when it comes to sharing commentary.
