@haider1 That makes sense, original thoughts, though many people seemingly lack this ability these days, is different than what today's AI is doing.

@maxwellcopy "Trust your team" so important. No one likes a micro manager. I also see it from the other side, I hate it when I give someone trust and then realize that they need a babysitter when they can't accomplish work independently. What that happens, it's time to move on.

@hydar @print__head @JerusalemDemsas My point is just that development of a solution involves coding, but that's only part of what is involved, and as the rate of code production increases with AI, the demand for people who can translate requirements into technical specs will increase. Glad I missed out on COBOL!

@leojrr sorry to hear that, I am sadly not surprised. Best to black out any API keys or identifying info in the code, logins, URLs that are your own etc.

@print__head @JerusalemDemsas I think anyone who understands development knows that there is more than programming involved. Programmers sometimes forget that their job is to create solutions, not code.

@ai_for_success Developing enterprise solutions isn't just about sitting down and coding. There needs to be a translation of what a user needs and what functionality will meet that need. There will be plenty of work feeding AI coders the right inputs to get the right outcomes.

@haider1 I read something interesting once, consider how humans have treated less intelligent beings. Now if AI learns from us, how does the future look? Slaves or pets, I don't know but I'm always nice to Alexa, Siri and all the rest, just in case.
