Don’t believe you are upright until you have the capability to fund your temptations and not fall.

So apparently the food we these days is also a part of our health problem especially because we cannot control how it is produced, preserved and packaged before it gets to us.

When they tell you that because you are a Christian you should take rubbish. I tell them that I serve a God who took koboko into the temple to flog foolishness out of his children. Yes, he still loves them but no, don’t condone nonsense. We will correct you with love and cane.

Oh my God! The way your heart pounds when your phone rings. Till today, I hate the ringing tone of my phone so it's permanently on silent mode because of what I went though. The anxiety on weekends or anytime I am away from my phone or laptop scared that I might have missed a call or a message. I read that Job ad and it triggered me so much. I'm so angry I feel like throwing Curses!

Do you realize how badly working for a toxic, micromanaging and narcissistic boss can damage not just you personally but your career trajectory? Imagine closing from work everyday with your self esteem in the toilet. You'll start questioning your own abilities. Asking yourself if you're truly as smart as you thought you were or if you really know the things you believed you knew about the job.

There is so much shame reserved for women, Women are shamed for being single, Shamed for not "getting married early", Shamed for not having a child, For not shedding weight after childbirth, Not wanting a child or a man, Shamed for having a divorce, Shamed for your child's mistakes and excesses, Shamed for having female children, Shamed for not loving how to cook, Shamed for being outspoken and assertive, For being career driven, Shamed for everything mere mortals can conceive. The fragrance of shame is renewed every morning by humans who are ready to remind you of your inadequacies, Ensure you never feel good enough. Some hold unto your past because it is spiced in shame. Women need to unlearn shame, Members of the Fluffy Life Club, need to learn how to be shameless. We need to learn how to have a great relationship with hatred, envy, jealousy, gossip, etc How not to whimper when humans despise you because not everyone will like or respect you and it's fine. You also don't have to hurt anyone to be detested, some will inherit the contempt while some will loathe you just because they detest themselves too. Unlearn shame today, Resist every feeling of inadequacy and shameful labels. Own your failures and success with your chest. So when the shame servers emerge, tell them not today, Satan. I am good enough. calendly.com/edbookings

… the leadership capacity to release, nurture and maximise the potential in them. Oh yeah! I get, they are not your kids. They are not your responsibility and they are being paid for a job. That’s why we are where we are today as a nation. It’s no one’s responsibility.

Carrots 🥕 and sticks approach or nah? When you don’t even give people a fighting chance, proving chance, belief chance, trust chance, Empowerment chance How do you expect them to deliver? Your first instinct wasn’t wrong, there’s definitely value there, it’s you who lacks..

2 kinds of fun 🤩 that is so much underrated. Being home alone and dancing and playing dress up 👗to music especially in front of a mirror 🪞 or an imaginary audience. So much fun!

There's a difference between an Advisory Board and a Board of Directors. Be careful before accepting an invitation. An Advisory Board has little regulatory responsibility. As a member, your job is to show up for an hour or two every quarter to give your advice and opinion. You are a mentor of sorts and provide guidance and assistance, where needed. You are not required to produce written reports. A Board of Directors is more involving. The commitment varies, but you will often spend significant time reading and thinking before every board meeting. You are there in your professional capacity and have very real legal responsibilities. You belong to committees and must read audit, risk and financial reports and understand them. You also prepare reports with the help of the Board Secretary, and must sign them. So, you have to read what you are appending your signature to. You have a right and obligation to report fraudulent activities in the company to relevant authorities. And, to document your concerns to shareholders. You can also resign if there is a conflict of interest or values.
