Trying to find out how the first semi final went and for much of the afternoon, the ‘live scoring’ was saying the match hadn’t started yet. Now, I’ve just gone to check the frame scores and get greeted with this 🤷‍♂️ 🙄 Really @WeAreWST ? This is your flagship event!!!

And as for Neil Robertson at the #CazooWorldChampionship #snooker 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️I have no words. Take nothing away from Jak but, even given his indifferent season, I still expected him to have a big say in this year’s championship.

Really hope Hossein learns from this. He’s a character, he brings something to the game but rule number one, play the snooker balls, not the man. Nice bit of class from both players at the end there. We’ve seen vs Ding how good Hossein can be, he’ll be back #snooker

Based on todays draw seeds most at risk of an ‘upset’ at #CazooWorldChampionship who’ll have to be sharp are Trump, Ding, Brecel, Lisowski, Milkins, Bingham & K. Wilson. The other top seeds *should* get through with some breathing space. #snooker @WeAreWST

Dings positional shot from black to last red & the red itself should jointly be awarded the @itvsnooker hot shots. The standard in this match has been breathtaking especially as lots of people were bemoaning the lack of Ronnie, Robbo, MJW etc #TourChampionship

Also isn’t it nice and refreshing to see judges on #thepiano who are not there to see who can come out with the most degrading put down. All comments are constructive, knowledgeable and passionate. Some people are not as talented as others but we can still be kind
