Indian Job ecosystem is so messed up. Posting internships where companies literally demand a full-time and multiple job deliverables(say ads as well as influencer) and expect a 5-year equivalent experienced professionals at a shit pay. Sad state.

If you spend 2 hours at the gym you are doing more talking/scrolling than training. I usually complete my workouts in 45m (not counting cardio). You really don’t have to spend half your day there to make gainz.
