I fear Roberts, Barrett, and maybe Kavanaugh might well buckle to media and Democrat Party pressure. But the DC Circuit is the new 9th Circuit, and this is precisely why the now defunct open-borders bill sought to require all immigration issue to be litigated not in all the judicial districts throughout the country, but only in the DC courts.
