@SouthwestAir this is a miserable customer service experience. Flight canceled, rebooked (allegedly) but no info on new itinerary. Can’t make any plans without knowing the new flight info and can’t get a hold of anyone. #notflyingSWAanymore
Cancelled flight to Chicago yesterday was apparently not due to weather like I was told by @SouthwestAir and received no assistance with hotels etc. Getting harder and harder to support @SouthwestAir
