@MarijuanaMoment Never understood why pro side attended the first ALJ to begin with. If the threshold is “adversely aggrieved” then how can a pro side attend? Obviously would prefer if pro was there, but I assumed this was how it would always work. Don’t understand what the sudden panic is about
