In I Corinthians 10:2 in identifying Israel with the Church it states that they were baptized in a person's name; Moses, ..not Father, Son, and Holy Deliverer. In the Church it's JESUS.

The New Testament church didn't start in Romans 10:9. It started on the day of Pentecost, because the Message of the New Testament started on the day of Pentecost.
