Very bad customer service @HiltonHotels ! 1st time I was on HOLD 36 min. 2nd time, someone answered and I thought, finally. Then she too put me on "Hold" and now it's been 47 min. Maybe I should stay at a different hotel next time, since my call is obviously not important enough!
