Gave @AirCanada one more try, just to use my coupon from the last trip they f’d up, bad idea. Shoulda walked

@AirCanada yikes, late as usual - great job AC

@AirCanada do you purposely screen employees to see how rude they can be? Perhaps customer service doesn’t exist with your company

@SunwingVacay Done that months ago - still waiting. Horrible customer service

@SunwingVacay I have tried reasoning with your coordinator. Numerous emails back-and-forth and it’s going nowhere. That’s why I am reaching out to you for help with someone else who can address this issue for me! I have even asked to speak to a supervisor and no response

@SunwingVacay I really don’t understand how long should I wait to get a response on the concern that I raised? I am waiting since April 16.

@SunwingVacay I filed two complaints while at the resort and then filled out the online form when I got back. You should be able to find me in your system.

@pooppy_grg @SunwingVacay @SunwingVacay it’s been months for many people without any action. Unreal

@MartinCFarrugia @sunwingvacay @sunwingvacay I’ve been 3 1/2 months with only what seems to be a genetic response of ‘we will get back to you’….. I wish everyone luck and hope Sunwing steps up - I don’t see many positive posts regarding customer service

@SunwingVacay it has been 62 days since I filed a formal compliment about my March Break vacation. I was told I needed to wait 40-60 days to hear from an agent. Nothing as of yet…. I guess I can take my next steps then

@SunwingVacay How long does it take to get a reply? I filed two complaints while at the hotel and filled out an online form. No one has contact me. This is unacceptable. Someone needs to take responsibility for putting people in danger.

😡 Day 150th! 😡 @SunwingVacay, you promised a 60-day wait, but all we got was an automated email saying you're too busy. Seriously? This is beyond frustrating! When are you going to pay us the money you owe? 😡 #LostLuggage #PearsonAirport #Sunwing #WestJet

@emilyyannne73 @SunwingVacay Welcome to the #sunwing @SunwingVacay customer experience - it can’t get worse, how are they in business still?

@SunwingVacay WARNING, sunwing doesn’t help customers whom they’ve stranded. Excuses only go so far, I encourage everyone who’s been screwed over to continually post their horrible experiences

@Luweasela @SunwingVacay I’ve also been completely ghosted for MONTHS, thanks to a new level of poor customer service @SunwingVacay

@SunwingVacay Sunwing has the worst customer service in history. Stranding customers out of Country and no contact, it’s been 3 months +

#sunwing has officially become the leader for the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE in history. Stranded me for weeks and won’t reply to emails or calls - it’s been over 3 months and counting 🤦‍♂️🤕
