Introducing Rothko, a foundation model of human behaviour designed from the ground up to simulate the world’s most consequential decisions. Rothko is the result of over three years of frontier research at the intersection of behavioural science and machine learning. We’re only

Can your idea become the talk of the town? We modelled how thoughts and ideas spread in human societies by putting 2,721 simulated personas representing the US general population in an artificial city. Each persona has its own schedule, beliefs, and social circle. Sow an idea in any persona’s mind, watch it take hold and go viral, or see it fizzle out if no one takes interest in it. Compete with your friends and colleagues to see whose idea can win over the most adopters, get a high score and put your name on the leaderboard. Link below.

Artificial Societies raised $5m+ out of @ycombinator last spring, but we kept the team lean. When @willsclips_ made a documentary about us 9 months ago, we where still just 4 guys operating out of a flat, sharing two meals 6 days a week. And that’s how people remembered us. But now, we occupy a 40 seat office with our own entire floor, and serve clients with a combined market cap over $3T. Here's a new look inside AS - and we are just getting started.

Artificial Societies has raised $5.3m. We are building the Thinking Machine that can see all potential societal outcomes of any given actions, and help humanity find the golden paths. Yes, we are here to build Psychohistory. And we are just getting started.
