Thank you @QueenAlocin for your help in getting those children who were overlooked by the HSE, who are very high risk into clinics for vaccination this weekend. It means so much to their parents. The stress caused to those families this week was shameful. @SarahAMcInerney

One of my fellow Carers went to @TheRDS this morning to try & get her high risk child vaccinated. She was turned away, @paulreiddublin another mum went with her high risk child & siblings and they were vac’d. It’s unfair. They both went early before 9. Neither had appt.@rtenews

This morning we took matters into our own hands and just arrived at a vaccine centre where we knew they had pediatric vaccines. They were very kind and gracious and gave both my boys their vaccines. With little fuss. I urge all other HR parents to do the same

#WhatMakesACarerCry To see my friends & fellow carers having to bare their souls on local & national radio & newspapers to try & get their children with life limiting illnesses the vaccine. Their children would likely get very sick or maybe worse if they got Covid. 💔@rtenews

@niamh_dr We registered our high risk son on the 29th and still no vaccine appointment. The government has run a very good vaccination program so far, but the high risk kids rollout has been a disaster. Very nervous sending him in today but we are back at work.

@ui_hanna @AnneRabbitte @roinnslainte @hse I have just received an appointment for 15th Jan for my high risk daughter who registered on 28th Dec while non high risk kids who registered on 3rd Jan will be getting their vaccines on 8th. How is this following date of registration? Please explain?
