Arrived in Moscow for bilateral meetings @mfa_russia focused on enhancing Nigeria's economic and security ties with Russia. Firstly, I met with the management of Russian Public International Aluminum Company, UC RUSAL to discuss potential investments in bolstering Nigeria's aluminum industry. I also met with the management of Russian State Atomic Energy Corporation, alongside DGNIA, Ambassador Ahmed Rufai, and Chairman of Nigeria Atomic Energy Commission, Professor Ahmed Yusuf, where we explored deeper cooperation on peaceful nuclear energy use, including power supply, medicine and research. #NigeriaRussiaRelations

I’m thrilled to witness the official launch of the Nigerian Carbon Market and Electric Buses Rollout Program, at a high-level meeting with key stakeholders and investors on the margins of #COP28 climate summit. Nigeria, under the leadership of H.E @officialABAT is making substantial renewable energy investments in the transportation space, with plans to deploy 100 Electric Buses, scaling up to 1000. This aligns with the removal of fuel subsidies, emphasizing a shift toward cleaner and more affordable transport systems. Excitingly, this initiative positions Nigeria to boast the largest electric fleet in Africa, marking a revolutionary transformation in our country's transport sector. #NigeriaETP #ElectricBusesRevolution

Today came to an end, to the worst Senate representative in our const. after our rightful mandate was stolen 4yrs back. Katagum have had these 4yrs as most obliteration tenure in history since 1999. Katagum hadn't been the same as now if it's Usman Tuggar. We miss you sir.

Although Nigeria and Germany had already signed an agreement transferring ownership of the Benin Bronzes to Nigeria, Nigeria‘s Museum Commission had to sign individual agreements with German Museums and their states or cities that were holding them. The process is now complete.
