$ASTS: AST SpaceMobile's transaction with Ligado for 45MHz of L-Band spectrum covering the US and Canada has been confirmed by the US bankruptcy judge. AST, Ligado and Inmarsat will seek regulatory approval from the FCC, which is expected in 1H 2026.
