Having done some research and writing in this area it's inconceivable Gil Duran didn't refer to Shanley's site vcinfodocs for his Nerd Reich book. Shanley practically coined the term tech fascism, first using it in 2016. Duran first used it in 2024. Very poor, grifty behaviour
