@amazon The customer service was terrible. We reported our issue on the 5th, nothing was done to stop the fraudulent purchases, we were told to dispute it with our bank and on Jan 2nd, our account is suspended looking for payment on items we had already reported as fraud.
@amazon who can I share my feedback with regarding reporting fraudulent charges on my account? Spoiler-it sucked and that's giving it grace.
@NHLFlyers Send Dave Scott with him. Lots of bad decisions under his watch. He’s ultimately responsible.
@Discover Thanks for your help. Chat told to call the same group I have been for months. Perfect, I'm glad Discover is about resolving the problem efficiently.
@Discover after 6ish months of waiting on your verification process to complete, who can I talk to about this program and getting my account straightened out?
@Discover I simply wanted a person to talk to that could do more than tell me mistakes have been made by discover and sorry, call back in 7-14 days
@Discover I don’t expect you to discuss it over social media, I did not expect to be directed to a virtual assistant help me by telling me my account was closed as I already knew. At least the experience has been consistent. Cards deactivated, no letter sent. No answers on how to resolve.
@Discover well that was worthless, just like your verification process that resulted in my account being closed.
Me: I’m gonna stay up late tonight and sleep in tomorrow bc I’m off. Also me: welp it’s 5am, time to get up.
