only 3. Asm responded that he does not work for the shipping company and could not explain the shortage and that those emails automated. When I pressed further on what employeeA had said, Caleb then said there was one at a nearby warehouse, said he would call to check, and

@Hertz Jonathan you are not helping— TNC is in the Philippines and can’t help. Why don’t you all know where to get issues resolved ? Again how is this service after the gross incompetence of you location?

@Hertz one of you agents reached out to me on twitter just to send me to you TNC department which cannot help me and sent me to your website. Again why it is so Easy to over charge your guest and so impossible to get help to correct your mistake. Last I was in the Philippines

@Hertz it takes more than 30 minutes to get through to your branch and even longer to get through to customer service and only to hear they can’t help me. It is unfair to quickly slap charges on guests cards and then give them the run around to get them reversed

@Hertz I have called your local branch- they say they can’t see the charges which they created- Gave me your 800 number. Call that number and after been on hold for eternity tells me someone will have to review and call me back- still no call back after your location charged me.

@Hertz been an hour and I still have not gotten it approved for the shop to even look at the tire. I think this unfair and unreasonable that as a paying guest that I have to take the car to service and waste my time waiting for it. I have spent money to clean it and

@Hertz the ERon Saturday night I am was not able to take the car in until today. It was if your branch try to find every reason not to help guests. Now, they said they can’t swap the car when there are several cars in the lot and gave me voucher to go get it checked out. It has

@Hertz this car had the steering wheel being peeled off and front carpet all torn and filled with like white stains from salt. I cleaned and cleaned and cleaned ad use air freshener but the challenge was the tire kept dropping pressure. Between driving and my mother going to
