手机有「引导式访问」，可以给孩子限制使用时间，电脑上却一直没找到顺手的小工具，于是自己做了一个。给 Windows 设置定时锁屏或关机，悬浮倒计时，支持 10～90 分钟和自定义时长。用它和孩子约好看电脑的时间，到点休息。已开源 👇 github.com/wind8ai/screen…

用 Swift/AppKit 做一个 ChatGPT/Codex 账号栏额度徽标。大小 64×30 pt，距窗口左侧 96 pt、底部 8 pt，跟随窗口，鼠标可穿透。每 30 秒读取本地 Codex 主额度，过滤 Spark。剩余至少 50% 显示绿色，20% 到 49% 显示橙色，低于 20% 显示红色。无数据且无缓存时显示灰色 --%。

用 Codex 做了个 macOS 小工具 QuotaDock，把剩余额度放在账号名右边。额度充足时是绿色，剩不到一半变橙，低于 20% 变红。拖动窗口时，徽标会跟着走，也不会挡住鼠标点击。想自己做一个，可以把这段话发给 Codex。下面是六种额度状态的展示。
