My lanky ass hitting 225lbs/100kgs for a paused single. I have always been weak on bench press so this mediocre PR is actually a bit deal for me.
My physio just banned me from sumo deadlifts until I can conventional deadlift properly with no weight. Fuck that guy... but he's probably right and I will follow the directions reluctantly.
