The MMR vaccine can prevent measles. It also protects you from mumps and rubella. Ask at your GP surgery if you're not sure you or your child have had the vaccine. They can give it for free on the NHS. Search MMR on the NHS website to find out more about the Vaccine

If a young person is opening up to you about their mental health, treat yourself as the reader of a book rather than an author. Avoid interrupting and give them your full attention. Create space for them to tell their story.
