$BONK On the macro level, I still don't see anything really bullish. The main structure hasn't changed, and until it does, any movement should only be considered temporary.
That said, on the lower time frames, it's clear that the price is bottoming out: selling pressure has

Inefficiency👈🏻 (below Exemple last my trade $FARTCOIN and $CRV )
When we talk about market inefficiencies, many people think of something technical, mathematical, almost scientific.
In reality, it is extremely simple: the market is not a perfect machine, it is a place where human beings, algorithms programmed by human beings, different interests, different times and different emotions come together.
Prices do not move because 'it is right'.
They move because someone buys, someone sells, someone is late, someone is afraid, someone is euphoric, someone is forced to do something at that moment even if they do not want to.
All this creates small imbalances all the time.
Sometimes the market rises too quickly because everyone wants to get in at the same time, driven by the fear of being left out.
Sometimes it falls too much because everyone wants to get out at the same time, driven by the fear of losing.
Sometimes it moves in a strange, sideways, nervous way, just to seek liquidity, to find orders on the other side, to trigger stops, to allow those with large positions to get in or out.
In all these moments, the price is not telling the truth about the value of something.
It is only telling a story of pressure, haste, fear, obligation, excess.
That is inefficiency.
It is not an error in the human sense of the term, it is an error in the sense of balance.
It is the market that temporarily loses the alignment between real supply and demand and shifts too far to one side.
The trader's job is not to predict what will happen tomorrow.
It is not to know the news first.
It is not to guess the top or the bottom.
The trader's job is to recognise when the market is out of balance.
When it is too heavily weighted on one side.
When everyone is doing the same thing.
When the movement is no longer healthy but forced.
And that is why real trading is boring.
Because you spend most of your time waiting.
Waiting for the market to overreact.
Waiting for the price to be pushed where it makes no sense to push it.
Waiting for someone to make a mistake out of haste, fear, greed or obligation.
And only then do they enter, calmly, with little risk, with a clear invalidation.
Most people lose money because they always want to be in a position, always in something, always part of the movement.
But the market does not offer opportunities all the time.
Opportunities only arise when there is imbalance. When you understand this, you stop chasing the price.
You stop reacting to every candlestick.
You stop feeling the need to do something just because the market is moving.
It's not about being smarter than the market.
It's about being more patient than its inefficiencies.
And being ready when they arrive.
Thx for the reading 👋🏻👌🏻
I see many people surprised by this decline...
but, if we are honest, it had been written for weeks.
At 120k, the volume was not 'strong buying', it was pure distribution: you could see it from the candlesticks, the speed of reactions, the OBV that did not confirm, and the typical behaviour of a top in the making.
Those who looked only at the number and not at the flow of liquidity are now shocked.
Those who looked at the volume and structure, on the other hand, already knew that nothing was accumulating up there. 😊👌🏻
In trading, you win some and you lose some. It's part of the game, yet almost no one really accepts it. Most people enter the markets convinced that talent means always being right, guessing every move. Then when a loss comes along, they feel they've made a mistake, as if they've failed.
The truth is the opposite: losing is normal. It's expected. It's inevitable.
The difference between those who survive and those who are wiped out is not avoiding losses, but knowing how to manage them. Your intelligence as a trader is measured precisely there: in the way you protect your capital when things don't go as you imagined. Before you even enter a trade, you must have already decided how much you are willing to lose, where the idea stops making sense, and what is the limit beyond which it makes no sense to push. You cannot think you have control over the market, but you can control your exposure. This is what 99% of people forget: there is no such thing as the perfect trade, there is only perfect risk management.
And then there is the discipline of accepting a loss without turning it into a disaster. Do not move the stop lower to 'be right', do not increase the size to recover quickly, do not trade for revenge. A loss closed with clarity is much healthier than a trade that ends up out of control. When you stop fighting the idea of losing, you start thinking like a professional. Ultimately, trading does not require you to be infallible, it requires you to be consistent. The real skill lies in keeping losses small and leaving room for movements that work. This is what, over time, creates results.
Losing does not mean failing:
only those who do not know how to manage risk fail.
