Hey @trueinvestings - quick note, the early release acceleration is no longer possible. The wording is: "if the reported closing price of Class A Common Stock on Nasdaq is at least 30% greater than the initial public offering price per share set forth on the cover page of the Prospectus for at least five of the ten consecutive Trading Days ending on, and including, the First Earnings Release Date" Meaning it was only if this happened BEFORE the first earnings. Regardless still like the thesis and am short SpaceX but just sharing my findings. Means you don't have as much of a cap if this rips because of additional shares but we're still increasing share count 3x into the 180 day mark.

5) If you need case studies look at WLD or ENA. Great tech but still bleeds out. Short-term this could still double in price so careful to not blow your load out the gate.
4) Hoskinson isn't the type to do illegal pumpage like an OM or IP. There you had a lot of time to sell OTC discounted to people and use the cash to pump the coin and turn funding negative. That being said careful in the short-term as funding is negative.
