I HATE wrapping gifts. Always have. Today I decided to just use the scraps to piecemeal wrap a present. It was the 1st time I’ve EVER enjoyed wrapping. If hating wrapping is an #ActuallyAutistic #ADHD #AuDHD thing then MAYBE this creative problem solving wrapping = hack 4 others?

I feel “vote with your feet” is always right. Musk stuff caused me to take a break & I came back basically to delete my accounts… but too many good people ❤️in the #Neurodiversity movement here. Are #ActuallyAutistic #ADHD #DyslexicThinking folks going to other platforms?

THIS is exactly how I experienced my #autism as a kid all the way into my 30s. Not just being seen from the outside, but also how I felt on the inside in comparison to others. Also I see this with my adhd asd daughter as well.

Also, if it happens online, don’t hesitate to record/screen shot their unprofessional behavior & add it to their google reviews, healthgrades reviews & any other place they have their professional information. Help others avoid these toxic & unhealthy therapists!
