@APorter60131037 I'm to the point where I won't buy something out of principle. I wanted to make Cioppino tonight, the price of fish was too prohibitive. So I changed my menu and made French Dips with cheap shaved roast beef in a package that was on sale.

@APorter60131037 I love to air fry my peppers, remove the skins, and slice them up to freeze. They're beautifulthat way. They're lighter to transport than bottled roasted peppers, so it's probably better for the environment. I forgot about stuffing peppers, though! Yum! Maybe supper tonight. 💕
