Hmm. The thyme broke apart and the bouquet garni floated freely through the stew. Lucky I like 'erbs!

Half-frozen poultry stock becomes duck granita! The next big thing? Unlikely.
No kitchen twine? No problem! I used thyme to tie together the thyme, oregano and bay for the bouquet garni.
@biggayicecream Oh good fortune has smiled upon us! We're sitting outside and much prefer to twiddle our thumbs for 10 mins instead of 40.
