@HiltonHonors @HiltonHotels imagine my shock. I did as you said and went back to Travelocity and they said that the billing issue was a Hilton issue. So now you have an upset customer who will never set foot in a Hilton property again. All over $150.
@HiltonHotels as a loyal Hilton Honors member, I am extremely disappointed in the level of customer service we have received. Hilton is the one who billed us incorrectly, yet you insist on making us go back to the booking agent to get it corrected. This is NOT acceptable.
Overall, positive experience with F2F car rentals. Called Richard M in customer service and not sure I have ever been more disrespected. No one should be spoken to that way. Needs to be removed from customer facing roles immediately @nationalcares
@RyanAFournier You just need to do math to know that’s wrong. Social Security paid 1.35 Trillion in 2023. The average monthly benefit is 1909.01 or 22,908 per year. Divide 1.35 Trillion by 22908, you will see approximately 58 million receipients.

@RussellPGranger @AccountableGOP Yes, it’s called debate prep. The West Wing did an episode on it in 2002 called “Debate Camp”. He loves to watch TV so maybe he should have watched that instead of Fox and Newsmax!
@Delta we need your help. We were impacted by a flight from HHI to ATL on 7/18 (XY5767). We were rerouted from SAV to ATL (DL3191) and were charged a second time for the flight. We have been trying to get refunded for over a month but have not gotten any assistance.
@Hertz , we need your help. We rented a car in Hilton Head and drove it to Savannah. Unfortunately I left my iPad in the car. Thankfully someone found it and agreed to ship it to me. I provided them a FedEx label over a week ago but I do not have any information on the pkg.
@kroger Or maybe you can admit that the 16 ounces includes packaging. I cook and weigh meats every week are part of my meal prep. I’ve NEVER had that much loss.
@kroger I purchased a 16 oz container of ground turkey and after I cooked it, it weighed in at 10.4 oz. This is unacceptable.
@TiresPlus we have been trying for a week to resolve an issue with service done at your location in Johns Creek, GA but have been unable to get anyone to assist us. If this is an example of how you value customers, please know that we will never be a customer again!
@TheRyanFeldman @mbrooksrjc As a best practice, ALWAYS hang up and call the bank back yourself. Same thing with email scams.
@TheRyanFeldman @mbrooksrjc Same thing happened to my daughter. They emptied her bank account. It was only $1200 but for a 19 yo college student, it was her life’s savings.
@DragonCon So excited to see my friends featured on DC Twitter
@konagrill, we have eaten at your location at Avalon many times but last nights experience may be our last. We made ressies for 6:30 and were not sat for over 45 min. It took another 45 min to get drinks. Our apps never arrived & the sushi roll took an hr & the rice was old
@WellsFargo @Ask_WellsFargo - I am being frustrated with your lack of customer service. My daughter was scammed using a practice you KNOW about and yet you refuse to do anything to help. You do not care about our business at all!

@FedEx - need assistance with the shipment that was supposed to be here yesterday and is now pushed to today. It’s more than 20 boxes so I need a window for delivery
