Sleep paralysis is no joke. I had an episode last night while sick and completely congested. For 30-40 seconds I was completely unable to move or breathe. I’ve suffered with sleep paralysis my whole life but I’ve never quite felt the panic like I did last night. YOINKS SCOOB
