Helping founders make payments and subscriptions less fragile. Working with PaymentKit | https://t.co/QtbXNjYIyBpaymentkit.com Los AngelesJoined September 2026
@savannah_solo getting shut down right when sales are moving has to be brutal. almost a grand in a few hours is real traction too, so hopefully you can get another processor set up fast and keep the momentum going.
@thodekaido that’s brutal, especially if they refunded the customers too. getting shut down right when volume starts picking up is exactly why relying on one processor can get scary fast.
Building a product is hard enough.
You shouldn’t also have to lose days wrestling with billing, subscriptions, webhooks, failed payments, and checkout flows.
Ship the thing people actually care about.
Let the plumbing be boring.

Payment problems usually don’t show up when business is quiet. They show up when volume spikes, payouts matter more, and one processor suddenly becomes a single point of failure.

@NorthTechy@USDDecentralize@AlchemyPay Cross-chain routing gets interesting when the user never has to think about the underlying rail. The real test is whether routing, fees, settlement time, and failover stay predictable when liquidity or one chain starts behaving badly.
@ThePaypers Exactly. Multi-PSP only makes sense when the extra complexity buys you something real: better auth rates, local coverage, redundancy, or failover. Adding another processor just for the sake of it usually creates more ops pain than value.
@ekinoks_26 The upstream dependency is the big one. Routing only really helps if it reduces single-provider risk. Clear failover logic, settlement visibility, and what happens when one rail goes down would answer a lot of the practical questions.
@StrongGirlsVN Owning the checkout is a big step, but the processor and stored payment data can still become another single point of failure. Are you planning around one provider, or leaving room for multiple processors and a separate billing layer?
@DerekDocuments That’s the danger of tying a new product to one processor. A denial can end the experiment before the market gets a say. Do you know if Stripe was the only option they explored, or if they considered a billing layer with backup processors?
@itsjacklau This feels like a permissions issue more than an agent issue. Recipient allowlists, invoice limits, and approval thresholds should sit before the processor. Was the agent connected directly to Stripe, or through a separate billing layer?
@Infotales1 Six years without major issues and then suddenly getting deactivated is rough. Is PayPal your only live processor, and are these customer payments coming through your own checkout?
Payments are revenue infrastructure.
I’ll be covering subscription billing, failed-payment recovery, processor risk, smart routing, and how to build a payments stack that stays resilient when one provider goes down.
