@British_Airways has THE RUDEST customer service representatives ever. I've been hung up on twice after holding for 30+mins each time and now I'm being refused to speak with a supervisor. I will NEVER again fly this airline!

Shame on @British_Airways. The airport security caused my elderly mom and 10 year old daughter to miss their flight. They were ticketed, luggage was checked and they were on time. Not only did they not allow them to board, they won't rebook or refund my money! They stole $1500!

@KLM Currently at the airport. Staff was EXTREMELY NASTY to me and my mother who witnessed it. I had to pay again for luggage that was already paid for and the managers didn't even care that I've been rebooked 4 times. I hate that I chose your airline thus far! Very nasty service

@Delta i am SOOOOO disappointed! I have been trying to get back home since Saturday and my flight has been rebooked 3 times. You made me pay for bags that should have been free per your agent and then you lost ALL 4 pieces of my luggage. And lied to me about an upgrade! #Shame
