Challenge accepted! To show that BERT > LSTM, I just ran an off-the-shelf DistilBert model & got almost identical perf (0.985 vs 0.986) on the 1st try -- didn't tweak anything. With more time, I'd probably beat it easily. (How many hours did you spent on the data & LSTM @tunguz?)
