Current weight: 64,4kg. I gained a bit of weight but life has been a bit hectic, so I am not surprised! Let's see if I can drop it! 💞

Hello! I have fell off the horse for such a long time because of sickness but I am coming back! I finally did my first workout and yoga videos and I hope to stay on top of it the whole week!
With yoga, I started doing it as a warm up, so the 5-minute yoga and 7-minute bedtime yoga by @yogawithadriene is the way to go! Thank you! :3
My arms got so weak!!! I was only able to do one part of the boot camp by @blogilates ! But I caught up to #12 of the #100abchallenge so yay me!
And one for my arms! Arms were always something I was struggling with so I wonder how much this will change them! #30daysleekarms

As far as Yoga goes I have one more video to finish @yogawithadriene yoga for flexibility playlist! For now I have decided on doing all the shorter yoga videos as work outs and then focus more on strengthening!
I really enjoy challenges and crossing out things in my to do list, so I've decided to start more @blogilates challenges! This February, we are working on Arms and The Butt!
Another weight loss! From 65kg to 63.5 :) I'm really happy with the progress!
I do feel a little bit angry with myself for doing the modified versions of @blogilates #100AbChallenge , but seeing it's not as easy made it better! I also feel like trying to do more days is not really good for my abs, so I might just stretch the challenge out to February.
