Make sure kids aren't hungry at school. Pay all teachers at least $60,000 a year. Allow everyone to go to college if they wish. That's our "radical" education agenda. This is the richest country on Earth. We can ensure our people can learn and live with dignity.

People are sick and tired of a rigged system where the top 1% gets massive tax breaks while 1 in 6 U.S. teachers work second jobs. We are not going to take it any more. We are going to raise teacher pay to $60,000 a year and invest in education nationwide.

Booker Little was a rare being placed on Earth to help make some repairs. An Avatar. A bright light, here for a short 23 years. He focused on character. In music he made consonance and dissonance beautiful. His teachings still guide me. Booker Little, born on this day 1938.
