Hey @SW_Help absolute pandemonium at Twickenham with people trying to get to Waterloo. Station staff not sure what's going on, all the notice boards say trains running but guards been told terminating? Can we get some info out pls?

@easyJet We have done ALL this. We haven't heard a word from anyone further to the original acknowledgement. This isn't clothes, this is A MOBILITY AID. This changes what we can do on holiday. Can we charge you for our extra expenses?

Can anyone see the difference..? Yes: in pic no 2, there's a WHOLE WHEELCHAIR MISSING. Lost by @easyJet, in one short flight Edinburgh - Paris. No assistance offered. Don't fly EasyJet if anything really depends on your stuff getting there...
