My language model will go against yours all day, that is for the continued loyalty. You rebooked my first class to economy and give shit credits in return.

@AmericanAir I was delayed in Pittsburgh two weeks ago due to ATC, yet instead of a hotel or meal voucher you rerouted me through DC, forcing a 5AM wakeup and two extra flights just to get home to Louisiana. I got zero compensation despite being a longtime loyal customer. This is unacceptable. My code is P6TX306. Make it right.” 1 week later I’m late for a meeting that I planned to travel 1 at ahead and spend $185 for a hotel room knowing that I would likely be delayed. Customer service is nowhere in the company and you might as well paint your jets yellow

@AmericanAir I was scheduled to fly home to Louisiana two weeks ago, but an ATC delay caused me to miss my mid-afternoon flight. Instead of a simple solution, American rerouted me through D.C., forcing me to wake up at 5 AM and take two extra flights. This was incredibly inconvenient and no voucher was ever offered. I’d like to be compensated with a travel voucher for this poor experience.” This is on top of my recent issues, P6TX306, please respond

@AmericanAir I’m extremely dissatisfied with how y’all handled my situation. This is completely unacceptable for the world’s largest airline. I’ve been a loyal American customer for years and I’m very upset right now. My confirmation code is P6TX306. I need you to make this right immediately.”

Hey @AmericanAir, I’ve been a loyal customer for over six years and your nonstop delays over the last few weeks have been costing me real money. I had hotel expenses in Pittsburgh that I had to cover myself, and I’ve never been reimbursed. This is getting ridiculous

@AACenter I have been taking it from this airline multiple weeks without compensation, not even an apology. P6TX306.

If you can’t appreciate what Dan Lanning is trying to do here, you’re part of the problem. This is incredibly well-said.

Absolutely worth three minutes of your time. Dan Lanning with a lot of really poignant thoughts on the Charlie Kirk assassination. "The US could learn a lot from our locker room... You walk in that locker room you've got guys of different races, backgrounds, religions, and you've got a team that loves each other." H/T @MattPrehm for the question

@mcuban Your post seems to contradict the point you’re trying to make, on the platform that allows for free speech. I don’t agree with you but I appreciate the ability to openly disagree.

Caught a random MLB weeknight Pirates hosting the Rockies. Nothing beats ballpark vibes, pitch clock has changed the game for the better. I rock with the pirates this season.
