No way the 49ers could have won this game with a broken Brock Purdy and a concussed 4th string QB. But this is by far the worst officiated game I have ever seen in the NFL. Sucks that the fans didn't get the game they disserved.

The 49ers let this game get away from them when Kyle Shanahan failed to challenge an obvious drop on 4th and 3 in the red zone and then asked Tyler Kroft to block Hassan Reddick on the following series. That's all it took.

Kyle Shanahan has not had a good day. He didn't challenge the non-catch by Smith, who made it clear he didn't think he caught it, and then he had a chance to go in down one score and didn't. It's likely over now.
