Building a view to quickly visualize weekly defensive performance and injury impact. Dallas defense has been bad, but injuries tell part of the story. Week 6 shows players who have yet to practice this week. Trying to figure out a better way to show the players unlikely to play in the upcoming week.

Who saw the largest increase of team's rushing share last week (Week 6)? From my leagues, Dwight Phillips Jr., Cardae Mack, and Carson Hansen are the most likely available players.

24 days left in the #FantasyBaseball season. If you play in root format, Yahoo is projecting 187 more innings for every team (7.8 innings/day). Don't end the season without maxing your innings pitched. If you are projected to finish under the limit, you need to exceed 7.8 innings per day to cut into that deficit... If your roster is set up to get the ~8 innings per day, and you need to stream SPs to make up ground, the simple math is to take your projected innings deficit and divide by 5 (an average length of an SP start in a good spot). This gives you the number of SP streams you should try to make between now and the end of the season. So if I'm projected to miss the limit by 100 IP per Yahoo. 100/5 = 20. I need to stream 20 SPs (almost one per day) by the end of the season.

New feature added to my #FantasyBaseball dashboard: using the leagues I'm in, I've derived my own metric for players who are realistically available in your 12 team league. You can filter for: 🚫Unavailable: Player is taken in all leagues 🤏Low Probability: Player is available in only one of my leagues ↔️Medium Probability: Player is available half of my leagues ✅High Probability: Player is available in 80+% of leagues You can filter for 'High Probability' sort by all types of statcast metrics and if you find a player you like, there's a good chance he is actually available in your league. While Ian Happ starts the second half in the bottom of the lineup, he still has a better xwOBA this month than Seiya Suzuki. A rebound is coming. #BOSvsCHC

Michael Soroka for the #Natitude is a great streaming candidate tomorrow against St. Louis. Cards bats are struggling, Soroka with a high K%, I like him to perform well on the road tomorrow. #FantasyBaseball

Similarly, on the Pitcher Leaderboard tab, filter 'Probable Tomorrow' for Y and pick streaming SP targets on tomorrow's games.

Currently has 2024 and 2025 data, and will update daily as well as add historical data. TBD on how far back I go, don't want to impact performance of the dashboard.

Here is v1 of what I hope is a useful tool for all #FantasyBaseball fans. A Statcast leaderboard for hitters and pitchers with a variety of filters. I have big plans for this, but wanted to get a working version out ASAP. Would love any feedback public.tableau.com/app/profile/br…

A fun new stat I'm tracking: consecutive swings without swinging at a ball out of the strike zone. Kyle Tucker has the best streak of the season, while Joc Pederson has the longest active streak. The longest streak last year belonged to Ronald Acuna at 27 consecutive swings.
