Every dev is paying a context tax and nobody talks about it. I build with Claude and Codex at the same time. Claude knows my whole project. Codex starts from zero every single time. I spend 30 mins per session just re-explaining decisions I already made. The next $1B AI company won't have a better model. It'll have perfect memory across tools. The model is not the bottleneck anymore. Context is.

@itsmarcosruiz Exactly. I hated threads too. Felt cringe writing them. But they're the only format where people actually finish reading a thought. You don't post for you, you post for the buyer's attention span.

@ololadev_ Simple wins. Use AI where you can tolerate being wrong, use regex where you can't. If you try to make AI do both, you just built a system you can't debug.

@Saas_addy I'd finally stop wasting 70% of my time on context. If the agent knew the whole codebase, the why, the decisions, the debt, I wouldn't build faster code. I'd build bigger systems solo. The bottleneck isn't typing, it's remembering.

@siddharthwv Exactly. Nobody buys from a bio that says "AI expert". They buy from the guy who shows how he thinks, what he broke, what he fixed, and what most people get wrong. Proof > promises, every single time.

@patrickpassosb @georgevichdev Appreciate it man. Yeah that context tax is killing me right now - Claude knows everything, Codex forgets in 5 mins. Down for the 15-min setup, let's do it. DMs open.

@ryandeiss This is the trap nobody talks about. Revenue is a vanity metric if your business eats it all. The goal isn't a bigger business, it's a more profitable take-home. Most founders scale their expenses faster than their freedom

@alexpagepilot This is one of the best ecom angles I've seen. Movers have zero brand loyalty, open wallet, and they buy in bundles. You're not selling a product, you're selling "my new house is finally set up". Facebook even has a life event filter for it.

@MediaKing Barrier to entry is zero now. Barrier to attention and execution is higher than ever. That's where wealth is built.

@revenumaxxing Real. Self sabotage never looks like quitting. It looks like "optimizing the CRM", "researching more", "waiting for better timing". It's just fear with a to-do list

Stop writing 500-word prompt essays to get ChatGPT to stop hallucinating. Just paste this exact line at the very end: “Before you start, ask me 5 questions you need answered to do this well. Do NOT generate the response until I reply.” That’s it. What comes back is a little humbling. 🤡 The AI will immediately point out 5 blind spots in your plan—half of which you hadn’t even thought through yourself. Who this product is actually for. What promises you can’t keep. And what “done” actually looks like. THE ALTERNATIVE: Without that single line, the AI just makes up the answers, fills the gaps with generic corporate slop, and leaves you spending 30 minutes rewriting garbage that was doomed from sentence one. Spending 60 seconds answering its questions feels slower. It isn’t. It saves you from editing a mediocre response for the rest of your afternoon. Stop letting AI guess your intent—make it interview you first. What’s that ONE magic sentence you add to almost every prompt that changes everything? Drop it below. I’d love to steal a few 👇

@ItsKieranDrew The more you scale, the less it is about working harder and the more it is about not making one stupid decision. Speed without clarity just gets you lost faster.

@siddharthwv Distribution and taste are the two that compound. Anyone can build now. Not everyone can make people care and keep coming back. That's the real moat.

@MakadiaHarsh This is the real senior dev moment. Juniors build everything the client asks for. Seniors spend a week figuring out what not to build. That's the 3 months vs 3 weeks difference.

@ravikiran_dev7 Exactly. Best model doesn't win. Best distribution does. OpenAI won with ChatGPT UX, Meta is winning with distribution into WhatsApp/IG. Tech is 50%, distribution is the other 50%.

@wizofecom This hits. My family was the same - make money, spend it all, back to zero. Setting a net worth milestone and not touching it until you hit it is what finally broke the cycle for me too.
