@JenEWright Sadly not much has changed since the '70s in terms of women's need for safety and support. While our sister org @BryonyHouse seeks new space, they have a 24 hr line to help women leave abuse, counselling and safety planning (902-422-7650), more outreach and housing supports.#VAW

In October, the Halifax Renewals SCR team raised over $3000 for @BryonyHouse as part of our Charity Champion program. From onsite bake sales, clothing sales, raffle baskets and volunteering time with @Soup_Sisters the team came together to support this vital community resource
