Just to add the alternative flight with 3days after the original I was in the uk on a chat as I couldn’t speak to anybody and no one was helping her in Greece at the airport she was escorted out the airport by security and left on the street at 11.30 at night. She was @easyJet
@easyJet you are essentially thieves,overbook flights dont allow a young girl to board you leave her in a foreign country with no where to go or advice. I book her a new flight now I fighting to get a refund I’m so angry how you get away with this. But apparently I have no claim
@susannareid100 @easyJet Same happened to my daughter she then was denied boarding as flight was overbooked she then was abandoned in Greece with no help. Still fighting to get our money back as I had to book her another flight with BA or she would of been stuck for 4days waiting for the next easyJet
