I just learned that pretty much everything I wrote off as a conspiracy theory of white colonists in Africa was not only true, it's so much worse. This documentary is crazy, but also has too many people admitting to their participation in evil for it to not be true. Incredible!
I wish all the sick people could get a PHA (personal health assistant) when diagnosed with a serious illness. Someone to call & coordinate all the appointments, transportation, referrals, tests, paperwork & admin tasks of being sick.
I MISS DRINKING. I never was a big drinker, now I suspect my tolerance was impacted by brain cancer... I was always a 2 drinks max cheap date. But I do miss having just a glass of wine now & then. It's not that I "Can't" medically, I just feel TERRIBLE within minutes.
Living in #LosAngeles is hoping your celebrity friends cancel plans so you can stay home & smoke weed in your fleece frog onsie. They DID cancel & instead of being cold & standing around at a boring function I've fully embraced Korean delivery & frog suit life.

Since my #cancer diagnosis I’ve decided to take the kind route in my interactions. I’m firm when needed but express gratitude when others are kind or helpful. It’s made my own mental health better and I like to think making spaces better for all 💙
@CancerFinalGirl Mayo does not use Navigators but it is not a cancer only hospital. My hubs had a strict ‘itnerary’ Ailments not cancer specific were managed by his Mayo Primary Care Dr. who referred within Mayo. Only 3 drs were cancer specialists, ENT, ONC, Radiation

I wish all the sick people could get a PHA (personal health assistant) when diagnosed with a serious illness. Someone to call & coordinate all the appointments, transportation, referrals, tests, paperwork & admin tasks of being sick.
