As a former large Group (formatted classes) instructor I found ‘easy cues’ gave a feeling of “safeness” since proper individual coaching was not an option (corrective exercises, appropriate weight/reps, etc...) I don’t work in that environment any more. ;)
Squat depth matters for building a capable body. Why are some people still being told that squatting to parallel or lower is "bad for their knees"? I get it- not everyone has the genetic hip (etc.) structure to get there but a lot of people do.
Reminder: broscience is not real science. -No evidence a ketogenic diet reduces cancer risk. -Pound of butter in coffee NOT good for heart. -Polyphasic sleeping (wtf?!) not restful. Eat real food. Not too much. Mostly plants. Move your body often, sometimes hard. Sleep at night.
Remember back in the day when you did one thing at a time? You should try that again. t.ted.com/HKMmaT7

Crazy big group for “Small Group” training! Lol! Hard working peeps, leaving “sweatbodies” on the floor!!
#testymonday These peeps did it!! This test is ALL about great form in foundational kettlebell moves. We don’t load bad movement patterns. #movinup #imcrazypickybutinagoodway @CatalystPTs @athlete_catalyst
@Jerry_DurhamPT What do you know/ think about vibration/ frequency as the “mediation/focus-worthiness” of certain music? The lyrics in APC’s 13step are dark, but I feel so settled. This is my hiking jam. #justthinkingstuff #musicasmeditation
@Jerry_DurhamPT You are Killin’ it with song choices! APC Judith, now this! 🔥🔥@CatalystPTs @athlete_catalyst
